*  This only applies to our student houses suitable for De-Montfort Univeristy, it does not apply to our student properties in the Clarendon Park / Knighton Road area, as these properties are let by students at the University of Leicester, who currently do not provide an accreditation scheme for private rented accommodation. When, an if such a scheme becomes available it is our intention to participate in it. 

 

† Our Contracts are for 52 weeks, with 8 weeks of summer rent charged at half rent [non occupancy only]. This gives an equivalent to 48 weeks full rent to be paid for a 52 week duration.  Many other agents/landlords charge 52 weeks full rent.  This does not apply to our properties in Clarendon Park and Knighton area, nor to our flats.  These properties can readily be let to to professionals and so are charged at the full 52 weeks rent.

 

 

6. All our properties have regular gas and electrical safety checks.

7. All of our properties have strong and secure front and rear door security features.

8. We give all our prospective tenants 24 Hours grace to have our contract independently checked before they sign it.

9. We have over 25 years experience of letting student properties so you can be assured we know what students want and we know how to provide it.

10. Save an extra 5% if you choose to pay the full amount in advance.
