Luxury Accommodation

The Best Location for DMU students.  A large student community lives here on tree lined side roads in attractive Victorian terraced properties,  with numerous bars, cafés, take-a-way's, restaurants & shops just down the road, generating a lively & friendly atmosphere.  Only a 5 minute walk to University.

You can find some of the very highest quality flats in this area, however they can be very expensive! And you might have to get used to the noise and pollution. Though with all the bars, cafés & night-clubs on your doorstep its time to Party Hard!

With Halls of Residence dotted around the campus site living in this area is Fresher Heaven! However for those planning for their 2nd and 3rd years you will be glad to have moved on after living there for a full year.  At night time some of the streets can be a little seedy.

If you’re studying nursing, or a sports fan then this is the ideal place for you, being right opposite the hospital, with the Leicester Tigers rugby ground and Leicester Walkers football stadium nearby.

This is simply the most desirable place to live in Leicester for students and professionals a-like.  Lying opposite Victoria Park, it’s under 5 minutes walk from University, with the bars, shops & services of Queens Road nearby.  It has a uniquely refined & friendly atmosphere

with local corner shops close by.

Is conveniently located with a wide choice of low cost houses, however its not the most salubrious of locations and Highfields itself has had a reputation for prostitution and drugs, though the police have reduced these activities over the years, the properties here tend to be cheap and cheerful.

These are even more upmarket than Clarendon Park, here you will find some truly majestic properties. If you want exclusivity and refinement it simply doesn’t get better than this.  Being within a reasonable walking distance from the University it’s a great location.

With only a small number of private rented student accommodation, that tends to be quite expensive. The social life revolves around the University bars and Student Unions.  Though pleasant this area can feel a little cold and impersonal and lacks a community feel.
