All areas have there own attractions, some ‘fresher’s’ will like living on campus as everything is so close to hand, however most students will want to move off campus after their first year. Leicester has numerous different area’s surrounding its Universities each with their own distinctive characteristics, some will be more upmarket and civilised whilst others will be a little more “earthy”.

This is really just common sense, those groups who start looking early will get a choice of all the properties there are, and they will naturally choose the properties that offer the best facilities, in the best locations, for the best prices. This means by definition, that the properties left un-let later in the year are not nearly as good.

Step 3 Check the facilities & state of repair. |

Make a list of the facilities offered by the properties you look at, ensure that any property you choose has all the essentials you require. Some things like Burglar Alarms & Smoke Alarms & High Quality Entrance Locks, may not seem so essential, however for student houses they are. Think of it this way, If these safety features are ever needed & you don't have them - you will certainly regret it! Better to be safe than sorry!

Step 4 Get your contract checked. |

Make sure you get any contract checked and approved by your University Accommodation Dept. / Solicitor / Parents. This is standard practice.
Our contract is straight forward and simple & we will always give you the opportunity to have it checked by whom so ever you choose, any reputable landlord/agent should do the same.
Before you sign a contract for student accommodation with us, we will carefully explain what rents are due and when, so you know exactly where you stand. |
