*Note   The full refund of all your deposit monies is our desired goal.  However you have to play your part in this.  You are legally bound by contract to return the property you let, back to us in the same condition it was provided to you, excepting fair wear and tear.   So really its very simple leave the property clean and tidy with all the fixtures and fittings intact and in the same condition as your received them [excepting fair wear and tear],& ensure all your rents and utilities bills  are paid in full and you will have your deposits returned in full.
