†Note: We do not charge students any agency fee’s for using our services. If you sign a contract with us, you pay us the rent as advertised, and lodge with us the agreed security deposit, [which will be protected by a government approved scheme, at no cost to you, and is refundable at the end of your tenancy, provided all rents/bills have been paid, and no damage’s incurred other than fair wear and tear]. This does not apply to landlords / private companies etc. whereby the fee’s for using our services are as stated in the trading terms agreed.
All rents advertised are excluding all bills, water rates and council tax, which if due (1), are payable by the tenants directly to the appropriate service providers, except where specifically stated otherwise.
(1) Typically, full time students are exempt from paying council tax, though it is the tenants responsibility to submit their exemption certificates.
We realise that these things can sometimes be confusing so if you have any queries please do not hesitate to call us, and we will be more than happy to help. On request we will provide you with a full list of all the monies due (and approximate dates), so you can clearly see a breakdown of the rents due. |
