44 (weeks full rent) *£60 (weekly rent) *5 (people sharing) = £13,200
8 (weeks half rent) *£30 (half rent) *5 (people sharing) = £1,200
[52 week contract] Total rent = £14,400
Renting {via a different agent / landlord} a student house that lets for £60 Per Person, Per Week, for 5 people sharing, that charges 52 weeks full rent, generates a total rent to pay of:
52 (weeks full rent) *£60 (weekly rent) *5 (people sharing) = £15,600

#Note. Our contracts are written to last for 52 Weeks, we charge 8 weeks of the summer period at half rent for our student houses (non residence only), many landlords and letting agents charge full rent over the summer. This 8 weeks half rent is where you are making the saving.
This offer does not apply to our Flats nor to our houses in the Clarendon Park and Knighton area’s which are let to both students and professionals and are charged at 52 weeks full rent.
