44 (weeks full rent) *£60  (weekly rent) *5 (people sharing) = £13,200

 

 

 8 (weeks half rent) *£30 (half rent)       *5 (people sharing) = £1,200

Renting {via a different agent / landlord} a student house that lets for £60 Per Person, Per Week, for 5 people sharing, that charges 52 weeks full rent, generates a total rent to pay of:
